Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Tax, duties and shipping will be added after your order is submitted. You will receive a final invoice in your package noting any price adjustments based on amounts ordered or pre-authorized contracts with Apothecary Products. This invoice will also show tax if applicable and shipping amount based on shipment weight, size and delivery location.

US Delivery Time & Cost

  • Orders are packaged within the first three business days of receiving the order. 
  • Packages are shipped ground unless otherwise specified. Ground deliveries should arrive within 5-7 business days of placing your orders if you live in the contiguous 48 states. 
  • FedEx Ground® is our preferred carrier. If you’d like to use an alternate carrier, please contact customer service and we’ll make the change. 
  • Both handling and shipping costs make up our delivery fee:
    • US orders greater than $1,000 include free handling and ground shipping service
    • For all US orders under $1,000 or for FOB and custom items, shipping is calculated based on shipment weight, size and delivery location. 

International Delivery Time & Cost

  • Orders are packaged within the first three business days of receiving the order. 
  • Most packages are shipped FedEx International Economy® (3-5 days to most locations) or FedEx International Priority® (1-3 days to most locations) unless otherwise specified by the buyer or Apothecary Products due to package size, weight or delivery urgency. Please contact customer service to choose your carrier and delivery time.
    • NOTE: Shipments to Mexico are sent via UPS®
    • NOTE: Shipments to Canada will accrue an additional cost due to GST or HST percentages
  • We require a signature for all international packages

Important Information

  • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. 
  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a three day period where your items are processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during the holidays when we are closed to allow our employees time with their families. 
  • We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
